Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping (Australia-wide)

 

We understand you will be excited to receive your VELIN products. We pride ourselves of fast delivery and commit to orders are shipped within 1 business day of them being placed.

 

Once your order is dispatched via Australia Post and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — VELIN offers international shipping.

 

We currently ship across Australia and to select international destinations. 

  • Free Shipping is provide for all orders within Australia. 
  • International Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Please note:

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?

We will send you your order tracking information via email as soon as your order is posted.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and you may need to change or cancel an order shortly after placing it. Please reach out to us at support@velin.com.au with your order number, and we will gladly change the order or cancel  and refund the cost.

What makes VELIN sleepwear suitable for sensitive skin?

VELIN is engineered specifically for skin that reacts — to heat, friction, and harsh fibres.

 

We use ultra-fine, long-staple natural fibres that are inherently breathable, thermo-regulating, and exceptionally smooth against the skin. Our fabrics are free from common irritants, harsh chemical finishes, and synthetic blends that can trigger sensitivity.

 

Every garment is constructed with low-friction seams, gentle drape, and a non-restrictive silhouette to reduce rubbing, pressure points, and overheating during sleep.

 

The result is sleepwear that supports your skin barrier — not compromises it — so you wake feeling calm, cool, and comfortable.

How should I care for my VELIN sleepwear?

VELIN is crafted from ultra-fine, sensitive-skin-friendly fibres — and thoughtful care will preserve their softness, structure, and performance.

 

Every order includes a complimentary wash bag to protect your garments during laundering.

 

We recommend:

  • Place your VELIN pieces inside the provided wash bag and machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. The wash bag minimises friction, stretching, and fibre agitation — helping maintain the fabric’s smooth hand feel and longevity.
  • Use a mild, fragrance-free detergent (avoid fabric softeners)
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid tumble drying and high heat
  • With proper care, your VELIN sleepwear will remain exceptionally soft, breathable, and beautifully structured night after night.

What is VELINTech™?

VELINtech™ is our proprietary blend of TENCEL™ Modal and performance elastane — engineered specifically for sensitive skin and temperature regulation during sleep.

 

Unlike traditional cotton sleepwear, VELINtech™ is designed to move with your body, regulate moisture, and maintain a consistently soft, breathable feel throughout the night.

 

It’s not just fabric. It’s sleep-engineered comfort.

Are your products sustainably made?

Yes - Sustainability for VELIN means intentional materials, responsible production, and designing for longevity.

 

We prioritise high-quality, natural fibres that are biodegradable and breathable, reducing reliance on petroleum-based synthetics. Our fabrics are selected not only for skin sensitivity, but for durability — because the most sustainable garment is one you wear for years.

 

We avoid harsh chemical finishes and unnecessary treatments, keeping our production process considered and low-impact wherever possible. Each piece is constructed to retain its structure and softness over time, minimising replacement frequency.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At VELIN, every piece is designed to feel exceptional the moment it touches your skin. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to make the process simple and stress-free. 

 

If you do not love your sleepwear, we will accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@velin.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately and cover any return shipping costs. Your experience matters to us, and we'll make it right.

How do I start a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund immediately. Please allow 1-2 business days for standard bank processing times

Do you cover return shipping costs?

If your VELIN sleepwear arrives damaged or faulty in any way please email us as soon as possible at support@velin.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately and cover any return shipping costs

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my perfect size?

Please refer to our size guide on our product pages.

Are your pyjamas true to size?

The size guide will help to determine the correct size. Given we want our sleepwear to be the most comfortable PJ's you will ever wear, we typically have and recommend a looser fit.

What if I order the wrong size?

Whilst our size charts should enable customers to select the appropraite size, if you are not happy with the fit we will gladly exchange your purchase with an alternate size.  

 

Your comfort is our main prioritiy, please contact us if you have any issues with the fit of your VELIN Sleepwear

How do I know if my VELIN set will stretch or shrink?

Our VELINtech™ fabrics are incredible soft and made with durability in mind. The natural fibres of our products will not stretch or shrink. To ensure many years of use, please care for your VELIN products as per the guidance.
